The Residential Gas Fitting Contractors Association of Ontario (RGFCA) is a Not For Profit Trade Association formed in 2006. The RGFCA was established to act on matters that relate to its members’ interests.

The RGFCA provides its members with information in connection with labour relations within the industry, including matters related to labour/management (union) concerns, safety, training, government legislation, compensation, benefit trust funds, technical and trade specific issues.

The RGFCA also provides negotiation and collective bargaining of the Collective Agreement to which its members are signatory to. The RGFCA is the management liaison for the Collective Agreement.
